Yes — click the heart icon on any product card. Your wishlist is tied to your account, so it follows you on any device.
No — every product is a digital file, so stock is unlimited. The only badges you’ll see are New, Trending and the resolution of the asset.
Yes, but we recommend creating an account. Without one you lose access to re-downloads and order history if you switch device or clear your browser.
Payment Information
Major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) plus the digital wallets supported by our payment processor. Every transaction is handled by a PCI-DSS-certified provider — we never see your full card number.
Yes. Card details are entered on a hosted page run by our payment processor and never touch our servers. We keep only an order reference, the last four digits and the country your bank reports.
Yes — paste it into the cart summary before checkout. The bundle discount (30% off three or more items) applies automatically.
You’ll be returned to a secure page on kitnoryx.com and no order is created. You can retry, use a different card, or email us if it keeps happening.
Refunds & Re-Downloads
Yes — within 30 days, for defective files, duplicate purchases, unauthorised charges or a materially misdescribed asset. We don’t refund change-of-mind on files that have already been downloaded. Full rules are in our Refund Policy.
Email info@kitnoryx.com with your order number, the email you used, and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We reply within 3–5 business days.
Sign in, then open Account → Orders, and click the file. Re-downloads are unlimited and free for as long as your account is active.
If a file is materially misdescribed (wrong format, wrong number of maps) we’ll re-supply the correct file or refund. We don’t offer preference-based swaps, but the bundle discount makes adding the alternative cheap.
Ordering from Kitnoryx
Add items to the cart, hit Checkout, enter your email and payment details, and confirm. Files are available to download immediately after payment, both on the confirmation page and by email.
Sign in and open Account → Orders. Each line links to the file(s) and the invoice.
If you haven’t started downloading, email info@kitnoryx.com within 30 minutes and we’ll cancel and refund. Once a download has started, the order is final.
Email info@kitnoryx.com with your order number and a short description (a screenshot from your software helps). We re-export, re-bake or refund within 3–5 business days.
